André De Franco (also known as Tôka) was born in Belém do Pará, Brazil. He is a writer-director best known for his two short films São Paulo, Cidade Fechada (2020) and Nauru (2023), which he also produced together with his wife Tatiana Pinho. They currently live in London, United Kingdom, where they've been developing their next projects.
