Richard is a film Unit Publicist, specializing in picture publicity, EPK producing, on-set asset gathering, marketing shoot producing and on set unit publicity support throughout the lifespan of a filmed project.
In July 2024 Richard joined the Filmed Entertainment Division at Premier. In February 2026 he was promoted to Senior Account Director.
Previously, in March 2023 Richard founded We Are Enriched, specializing in on-set asset gathering, AV/featurette producing, talent liaison and stakeholder management, unit and campaign publicity & marketing strategy.
In Jan 2022 Richard joined The Walt Disney Company as Senior Marketing Manager, EMEA for the Originals division, managing marketing across the Disney+/Star streaming platform. His key responsibility were the management of asset gathering, marketing strategy and positioning of diverse new scripted and unscripted original series/films from the UK and across EMEA.
With over 25 years experience in the television and film industry, Richard has managed a wide-reaching, full range of publicity and marketing campaigns. He specializes in capturing bespoke publicity and marketing assets, producing AV behind-the-scenes featurettes, picture publicity management and stills gallery / marketing shoot producing. Richard's approach to publicity campaigns have had global reach, maximizing access to talent and filmmakers during pre-production, throughout filming and during launch.
