Amberdawn Sese is a director, writer, producer and VFX Artist, hailing from Toronto, Canada. An alumnus of Humber's FMTV program, she has directed films (Colourless, 2025) and produced spec ads for big and small-time companies. She has also been a VFX supervisor for several films that reached festival status. She's also worked as a VFX Assistant in the commercial-making industry and on projects for TD Bank, Burger King, Kellogg's and Coca-Cola.
Inspired by new and old age indie films in all genres, Amber strives to tell compelling, creative and often visually stunning stories to inspire others into filmmaking. Her passion, wit and love for films drive everything that she works on. The Heartbreak Carousel, her second writing and directorial film, is jam-packed with emotional reverie and based on true-life events, is now in session, ready to be shown on the big screens and resonate in the hearts of many.
