Jamshid Sheybani (also spelled Jamshid Sheibani) was born in Tehran, Iran. He was a lyricist, singer, and music composer, known for writing numerous popular songs performed by artists such as Moein, Mahasti, and Hayedeh. He also worked as a film producer and director, with credits including Molla Mammad Jan (1971), Ghanoune Zendegi (1964), and White Gold (1962). Sheybani passed away on July 2, 2009 in Los Angeles, California, USA.
