PHoenix Pagliacci is an artist and activist. Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, pHoenix learned of her love for music from her family, beginning her artist journey at the young age of 6 learning the piano, singing and writing her own songs. pHoenix attended Wexford Collegiate School for the Arts and then Ryerson University. There, she excelled as a performer and furthered her craft as an artist preparing her for a career in music, performance and activism.

In 2011, pHoenix released her first project, Books, Bucks & Beats Vol. 1: Holla at a Schola. pHoenix released a number of EPs before releasing her full-length follow up album entitled Books, Bucks & Beats Vol 2: Rise of Baby Buddah in 2012.

In 2016, pHoenix participated in an International Women's Day Cypher with other female artists. The four would go on to form Canadian Hip-Hop group The Sorority. The group would go on to open for heavy-hitters like Snoop Dogg, Miguel, The Internet, Joey Bada$$ and Jidenna. The group embarked on a Canadian Tour and released their sole album Pledge in 2018 before disbanding in 2019.

In 2017, pHoenix joined Producer/Songwriter Truss to form the R&B duo TRP.P. They released their self-titled album that year. The duo would go on to release their sophomore album 2TRP.P, in 2019, followed by Mirror Soul in 2021. The duo toured extensively across Canada and have been invited to showcase internationally in South America and Europe.

pHoenix admires songwriters like Stevie Wonder, Lauryn Hill, Marvin Gaye, and many others, who chose to change the world through song. She's been inspired to write about her daily experiences in a world where we experience an array of emotions about relationships, politics, and the state of an ever-changing world. pHoenix released her latest solo album, "Dichotomy" in June of 2024.
