Elvira Rodríguez is a filmmaker from Panama City, Panama, known for working in feature films such as Stars At Noon (2022), Me Dicen El Panzer (2024), Espina (2025), Querido Tropico (2024), and La Cordillera (2025), set to produce her first documentary feature film "Puro R.A.P." in 2025.
