Chris Poulson, hailing from Burbank, California, is a versatile American musician who has immersed himself in various aspects of the music industry. Beginning his career as the drummer and backup vocalist for the pop/rock/alt band Rock Kills Kid, which signed with Fearless Records in the early 2000s, Chris gained extensive experience through nationwide tours across the United States. Following his time with Rock Kills Kid, Chris shifted his focus to singing and songwriting. In 2021, he marked his solo debut with the release of a 3-song EP titled "Fall into Pieces." This EP showcased his diverse talents and was made available on major music streaming platforms, enabling his music to reach a broad global audience. Continuing his journey, Chris released his highly anticipated new single, "Can't Let Go," in July 2022. This release presented a new facet of his artistry, earning widespread acclaim and affirming Chris as a formidable creative force in the industry. The accompanying music video further emphasized his talent as a visual artist. In March 2023, Chris returned to the studio with his trusted producer and engineer to create his latest musical offering, "Gone Without a Trace," which hit streaming platforms on April 21st, 2023. This release highlighted Chris' evolving musical style and featured infectious pop-like hooks, leaving audiences eager for more and providing a glimpse into the direction he is taking with his music. Venturing further into his musical journey, Chris collaborated with producer, fellow musician and friend Taylor Carroll (LIT) in April 2024 to embark on his first 10-song full-length LP. Amid deliberation about continuing as a solo act, Chris decided to form a new band, marking the dawn of Sound Siren. The band's debut track, "The Other Guy," is scheduled for release on Friday, August 23rd, 2024, with the 10-song LP set to launch in the later months of '24.
