Mr. Rutledge was a native of Selma, AL. He graduated from Albert G. Parrish High School and attended the University of Alabama. He was known for his love of cars and knowledge of electronics; always willing to lend a helping hand where needed. Mr. Rutledge was a member of the Central Alabama Region Car Club, Southern Accents Car Club and the British Car Club in Montgomery, AL.
