Lilian de Carvalho Monteiro is a political risk analyst and communications professional with an international academic background. Lilain was born in Rome, Italy, and grew up in a multilingual environment. Lilian speaks five languages and holds multiple university degrees, including a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from La Sapienza University of Rome and a Master’s degree in African Politics and Economics from SOAS, University of London. She has worked in political risk analysis and international communication.
