Suhail Shawqi was born on January 13, 1968 in Baghdad, Iraq. He is a composer and musician , known for Mawasim Al-Hob (1993), Al Lessan Alarabi (1995), Hysteria (1996), Madinat Al Qawa'id (City of Basis) (1999) and Manawi Al Basha (2000-2006).
He studied at the Baghdad College of Fine Arts (University of Baghdad).
