Baddie Roma (born Kurt Cyrus Cuyos Orbeta on May 30, 2005) is a Filipino singer and songwriter from Cebu City, Philippines. Known for her bold personality, campy aesthetic, and provocative fashion statements, she gained attention in the local music scene for pushing boundaries both musically and visually.

In 2020 she made her debut under the artist name Nikka Starr, releasing her first single "Night Without You". In 2022, she decided to rebrand and adopted the stage name Baddie Roma, releasing "Fighting Out the Pain" as her first official single under the new identity. Although she released several other songs that year, most remained unreleased by 2024, with "Fighting Out the Pain" standing as the sole public track from that period.

On October 24, 2024, Baddie Roma had her first-ever live performance as an artist at Infamous Ink Cebu. Later that same week, she performed at the University of the Philippines Cebu's Pride Night, further solidifying her presence in the local LGBTQ+ and indie music scenes.

In December 6, 2025, Baddie Roma released her provocative holiday single "I Wanna SAD On Xmas". The explicit nature of the song and its title sparked controversies. That same day marked another milestone in her career when she made her radio debut on Monster Radio BT 105.9, a local Cebu-based radio station.

Continuing her streak of eye-catching releases, she dropped a single titled Smile on February 7, 2025. Although it received minimal promotion, the music video stirred conversation due to its daring visuals. In the video, Baddie Roma appeared wearing fishnet stockings without undergarments, with some critics claiming the imagery was too revealing. Despite the controversy, the video contributed to her growing reputation as an unfiltered and fearless performer.

On May 30, 2025, she released Don't Tell Me What To Do, her first foray into electronic dance music. For the song's promotion, Baddie Roma returned to Monster Radio BT 105.9, arriving in a now-signature outfit that included fishnet stockings, a bra, black high-heeled boots, a beach hat, a dramatic gold veil, and her Tory Burch bag. She described the look as a statement about personal freedom.

Later that same day, she appeared at the AMO/IMO Fashion Show at Ayala Central Bloc Cebu, walking the runway for designer Faye Salvacion. The event further tied her identity to both music and fashion. Her track Don't Tell Me What To Do was also used by her best friend, Brie Cat, as the soundtrack for Brie's opening performance at the show.

Baddie Roma continues to build a name for herself in the Filipino indie-pop and electronic music scene with a blend of theatrical style, unapologetic lyrics, and an unmistakable flair for controversy.
