Ashinsani Chamodya Pathirana (born 21 June 2001), also known as AsHi, is Sri Lanken film director, screenwriter, actress and producer. Her first short film is Truth or dare (TOD) 2021. Truth or dare (TOD) 2021 short film won the honorable mention in Atlanta Black Pride Film festival. Ashi produces films through her Merlot films film production company. Ashi was born to a Sinhala father and a Sinhala mother on 21 June 2001 in Anuradhapura district of Sri Lanka. She earned a primary and secondary education from Talawa national College, Anuradhapura.
