Tasha grew up in South Bend, Indiana, where her primary interest was
theatre. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame, she worked
a series of jobs before turning to writing. Her first book, And Only to
Deceived, was published in 2005, and she's since become a highly
successful historical novelist.
In 2008, she was called on to write a companion novel to go with the
film Elizabeth: The Golden Age.
