Bayram graduated from the master s program in the Department of Cinema and Television at Aydin Adnan Menderes University. He completed his Bachelor's Degree in Radio Television and Cinema in the same university in 2020. In 2016 he completed another degree in Radio Television in Giresun University. He was born in Erzincan Turkey. He completed the primary and secondary schools in Erzincan. He creates Fiction and Documentary movies. His movies appeared in international film festivals. His last movie in 2020 Our Only Home raised the voices of ostracized Afro Turks.
