FILM - Leon Ung is known for his role as "Nas" in the OSCAR winning short, The Long Goodbye (Best Live Action Short 2022) by Riz Ahmed.

Leon's powerful campaign film for The Guardian, depicting his family's experience during the Cambodian genocide, raised over £1.42 million for the Refugee Council charity & was screened at Glastonbury Festival.

Leon's recent projects include Disney's live-action movie Snow White (2025); Bollywood film, Animal as the young lead (2023); and Netflix's Matilda the movie (2022) starring as classmate & ensemble.

He has also starred as the lead in several shorts including, The Stranger I Love (2024); and more recently: Leeway; Somewhere Very Near; and Kilter, all to be released in 2026.

TV - Leon featured in the LIDL Christmas Wish commercial/short film (2024) by Academy Award winning director, Tom Hooper; He starred as the lead in various commercials including the EE mobile network brand (2023, 2024); British Gas alongside Tom Daley (2024); National Crime Agency educational video (2023); Smyth's Disney Marvel as Spider-Man and Black Panther (2022); A YouTube presenter for Lubaina Himid's Tate Gallery exhibition (2022); Heinz Baked Beans as a Drummer (2019) and Sainsbury's Christmas commercial as a breakdancer directed by Michael Gracey (2018).

DANCE / MODEL - As a solo act, Leon captivated the live audience on Britain's Got Talent, (2024) earning four resounding yeses from the judges. In 2025 he became the youngest ever b-boy solo artist to perform at the world's biggest dance event, MOVE IT. The Dance School Awards welcomed Leon as their new Ambassador this year.

Leon has featured in several music videos, including Bakar's "Lonyo/Summer of Love" (2025) and Wolf Alice's "The Sofa" (2025) both of which were nominated at the UK music video awards. He also featured in Sophie Ellis-Bextor's "Freedom of the Night" music video (2024); and choreographed a performance as a 'Metahuman' for the Global A.I Generative Conference (2023).

Leon has modelled & taken part in movement shoots for Marks & Spencer (2024), JD Sports (2024) and Pangaia (2023)

Leon is a top UK National Breakdancer (currently ranked 1st in the whole of UK for U18's) and on the pathway to representing Team GB at the Youth Olympics (Dakar 2026). He has an athletic body frame and enjoys basketball, football, calisthenics and martial arts (Kung-Fu & Jiu Jitsu) with weapon training. He has achieved Grade 3 in drums and is also competent at playing the piano.
