Al Akmar Saify is an Indian filmmaker, casting director, and screenwriter known for his versatile contributions to Bollywood and the independent film circuit. He began his career as a casting director, gaining early recognition with B.A. Pass 3 (2021) and M.A. PASS Sarkari Naukri (2022). Saify went on to work on major productions including Crew (2024) and Thank You for Coming (2023), where he played a key role in cameo and supporting cast selections.
Expanding his creative scope, Saify worked as Assistant Director on The Butterflies (2022) and Associate Director on the music video Ab Kise Barbaad Karoge (2022). In 2024, he made his directorial debut with the short film Lesson in Honor, which he also wrote.
Alongside his filmmaking career, Saify founded Saify Casting Company, a talent discovery and production management firm committed to supporting emerging actors across films, OTT platforms, and music videos.
