Fran Christie is a Sound Designer/ Sound Effects Editor training at the National Film and Television School.
She has previous Writer, Production Designer and Location Sound Mixing credits - however now predominantly works in Post Sound. She has specialised in post sound since the beginning of her undergraduate degree in 2019. Achieving a 1st Class Hons in her BA, along with a Student RTS Award for her Sound Design in, 'The House in the Middle of the Sea'. After graduating she worked as a Runner, and then Junior Edit Assistant at Roundtable Post Production. In 2024 she started MFA Sound Design at the NFTS Beaconsfield, and is currently building her Effects Editing portfolio with shorts, commercials and radio dramas ahead of graduating her MFA in Spring 2026.
