This German-born, Platinum certified record producer, film composer and
international dj of Turkish descent's discography reads like a "Who's
Who" of the music scene. His songs "Horny" and "Sex Bomb" exploded onto
the charts, being officially proclaimed hits around the World.
Mousse T.'s production work for Michael Jackson, Ziggy Marley,
Mezzoforte and Randy Crawford, etc. resulted in both a Grammy
nomination for "Best Remixer" and for the prestigious Ivor Novello
award.
After two albums ("Gourmet De Funk" and "All Nite Madness") with
numerous hits, his love for film then moved him seamlessly into
creating film music, beginning this facet of his career with the film
score for "Pornorama" (Germany).
A further highlight in his career was presenting his songs with a full
orchestra. True to the title "Re- Orchestrated", he performed his
biggest hits live together with the Filmorchestra Babelsberg at the
Nikolaisaal Potsdam, just outside of Berlin. The recording remained Top
10 in the iTunes album charts for several weeks.
When he's not producing, Mousse T. can be found all around the globe,
making music in this recording studio in that city, making wine and
olive oil at his Tuscan villa, walking fashion week red carpets and/or
spinning records in the hottest and most prestigious dance and private
clubs. His love of music can also be found in his monthly podcasts and
radio DJ shows for prestigious German radio programs 1LIVE and N-JOY.
In 2012, Mousse T. sourced and scored the film "The Girl With The 9
Wigs (Heute bin ich blond)", the biopic of Dutch model Sophie van der
Stap. He also completed his third album, collaborating with several
international music stars.
