David Disraeli was born on June 2, 1963, to Dr. Allan and Audree in Rochester New York. His father was an OB/GYN and settled in Dallas Texas. David was drawn to film at an early age. At age 23, David chose the financial world as his called profession and has spent 36 years in that field. Due to a variety of circumstances, he witnessed multiple instances of horrific abuse by government officials who are charged with protecting the public. Unfortunately, power, when vested doesn't magically evaporate when abused.
Mr. Disraeli released "Administrative Terrorism" in 2008 to expose the injustices he witnessed. These administrative bodies can take away constitutionally protected rights without a judge or jury. Hopefully, this film will get the public to recognize the problem and propose solutions. David has been married to Lara since July 18, 1992, and lives in Austin. The Disraelis have 4 grown children. The film features footage of the late Frank Cross, U.T. Law Professor, Michael Northcutt, retired director of registration at the Texas State Securities Board, Patricia Lauterbach, retired assistant director of the Texas State Securities Board, and David Disraeli.
