Erica Beck or Menina Do Rio as she is best known amongst her friends,
was born in Brasil in the mid-seventies to a Brasilian mother and
American father. She grew up going back and forth from Miami to Rio
until she was about 9, after that her family settled in Rio where she
grew up, until she turned 18. This story of hope and belief is one of
the most adventurous and unexpected happenings, armed with longing for
