Rohit Singh is an Indian film actor, currently working in Indian cinema and international projects.
He began his artistic journey in theatre and is a Theatre Practitioner from Ras Kala Manch (Repertory) under the guidance of Ravi Mohan Sir .
Born and raised in India, Rohit discovered his passion for acting at a young age. While most children were encouraged by their mothers to focus on academics, Rohit's mother often took him along to auditions before letting him meet his friends - unknowingly planting the seed of his artistic path.
Due to financial struggles, his mother had to set aside her own dreams, but her determination inspired Rohit to chase his. After trying a few jobs and realizing academics weren't his strength, he found true happiness and purpose in acting.
Before 2017, Rohit viewed acting as a glamorous profession associated with fame and money. However, when he joined Bela Theatre Karwaan under Amar Shah Sir in 2017, he experienced the true essence of the craft. Theatre humbled him, revealing that acting is not about luxury - it's about exploring life, emotions, and truth.
In 2018, Rohit was selected as a Repertory Artist at Ras Kala Manch, which became a turning point in his artistic evolution. Most of his acting opportunities have come through production scouting and director recommendations - a testament to his sincerity and dedication toward his work.
