He studied filmmaking at ECA (Escuela de Cine y Audiovisuales) in La Paz, Bolivia, but issues with the degree provided by the film school there forced him to look for an alternative elsewhere.
He moved to Buenos Aires to pursue directing as a career.
During this time he became obsessed with the TV show Lost (2004) and decided to switch his focus to screenwriting.
He joined Guionarte Escuela de Guion and completed courses in Screenwriting for both film and television.
He works as a freelance screenwriter.
He lives in Buenos Aires with his wife Laura and his son Felipe.
