Sean Ryan was born on April 18, 1984 in Montreal. His love for
filmmaking came into shape when he witnessed Spielberg's "Jurassic
Park". He was only 9. Since that frightening summer day, Sean has had a
video camera in hand. Birthdays, weddings and school projects have
never been the same due to his unique visual stlye. In the summer of
2001, with the aid of friends and family he made his first short film
entitled "False Positive". It screened at a Toronto Film Festival and
garnered critical acclaim. The following year he was hired to direct a
music video about Montreal. After a volunteering stint on Karim
Hussian's "Ascension", Sean has been back at work on creative, short
films and is currently at Mcgill University.
