Manuel "Manolo" Rojas is an award-winning Steadicam and Camera Operator with more than 30 years of professional experience. Born in Chile, he picked up his first camera at age ten, studied film in Chile, and relocated to the United States in 2009. In 2022, he was honored by the Society of Camera Operators (SOC) as Best Camera Operator of the Year.
Manolo's work spans feature films, television, commercials, and music videos, where he is known for precise, story-driven movement and a calm, collaborative on-set presence. Directors and cinematographers consistently recognize his craft, reliability, and leadership from prep through final shot.
