Interest in entertainment began with building theatrical sets with
Theater South's Scene Shop at Georgia Southern University. After
graduating from Georgia Southern University in 1994, James spent the
next seven years with DownSouth Filmworks, Inc. harnessing the craft of
filmmaking under mentor Jonee' Ansa, AFI Director of Photography
Fellow.
