Clive Currie was an English actor. He was born in 1877 at Birmingham and died in 1935. Educated at Latymer school, London he became a chartered accountant before making his show business debut on the stage at the Lyric Theatre in 1896 in a production of The Sign of The Cross. He then toured with his own Shakespearean company and appeared at the Old Vic. He founded the Repertory Players and the Interlude Players.
