Victor de Cottens was born on August 21, 1862 in Eaux-Vives, Switzerland. He was a writer and actor, known for Trois cents à l'heure (1934), Die 400 Streiche des Teufels (1906) and Le Raid Paris-Monte Carlo en deux heures (1905). He died on February 24, 1956 in Vichy, France.
