Jeff is the second born son of four boys. He attended The University of
Calgary where he studied astropyhsics and soon became bored with the
math. In 1989 began television production with his first company; Cools
Entertainment, which he later gave to his older brother Anthony. He is
called the "Preditor" for the simple fact that he can handle any
film/tv position between Producer and Editor. He is a skilled Steadicam
operator, Jib operator and non-linear editor. In 1997, Jeff started to
work shooting and editing network news...a position which he believes
gave him the skills to make quick decisions and creative compromises.
Jeff moved to Los Angeles just a day before the terrorist attack on the
World Trade Center, Sept. 10, 2001. It was then he stream-lined his
approach to film making. With tight security everywhere in the city,
film making was difficult. He shot his first short film in and around
Hollywood within 2 months of moving to L.A. and completed editing on
the project by Jan. 20, 2002. Jeff continues to develop reality shows
for television and writing feature scripts.
