Mark's first break in television came in late 1973 working with the
ABC,S short film,s and some children,s mini series.He followed this the
following year with small part role,s in channel seven,s homicide in
witch he played a homeless youth from a broken home.
He continued to act, mainly in bit parts for television, through the
rest of his school years and throughout those of his university days.
Mark is also an accomplished vocalist and musician, in 1990 he
continued with his passion for music, working with some of Australia's
biggest names from local gigs through to major tours. in march 1995
Mark was awarded and recived full membership into APRA (Australasian
Performing Right,s Association ) and recognized for his talent in
writing, recording and live performance. that year he established his
own recording studio where he writes and records original music to this
day" (april 2009 )
He also continues to work in television and has appeared in many of
Australias major film productions and TV soaps, such as Neighbours,
Flying Doctors, Home and away and Halifax, as-well as many television
commercials that include him best known for as Max the store Manager
for Tuckerbag Shoping Stores
On July 1989 Mark recived Permanent Appointment with the Department of
Justice in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia as a Senior Law Enforcement
Officer. not surprising as he was continuously typecast in roles as a
Police Officer and military soldiers
Even though Mark has been a full him law enforcement officer he has
continued to write music and scripts throughout The years he has
written eight musical comedies, several of which play regularly in
amateur theatre companies in schools across Australia,
Mark still to this day (2013) is living in Melbourne Victoria,
Australia
