Andrea has been exposed to visual beauty ever since his first breath in
Venice-Italy where he was born. As a teenager he started to
consistently dedicate himself to still photography, music and
technology, then adventure traveling very far on his motorbike
enriching his visual library. In order to become a cinematographer,
Andre worked his his way up the Camera Department from electrician to
clapper loader, to focus puller and camera operator working beside or
world acclaimed cinematographers such as

Andrea specialized as a Cinematographer in 1996 in London and won an
award for best cinematography at NYCIFF Festival in New York for the
movie
The Tomb Robbery Papyrus: Notes of a Past (2009),
and other award from countless music promos produced for prestigious
labels like Sony BMG, EMI, Warner Music and Universal Music.
Together with remarkable technical skills, Andrea has that natural
artistic flair which allows him to shape the canvas in an extraordinary
and profound way, sometimes searching his Italian library of visual
beauty. This is conveyed on digital or film quickly and efficiently
thanks to a higher level of communication with the director and his
nurturing a team driven by passion.
Andrea has been working in many parts of the world and able to
coordinate any international crew (perfectly fluent in English,
Spanish, French and Italian) satisfying any director's need with
original, innovative, suitable lighting and VFX work. Andrea is also a
camera operator and works in any situation including aerial, long
cranes, hand-held, motion control and much more.
