Composer, conductor, arranger and singer, educated at the University of
Illinois with Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees. He was
the assistant conductor of the US Army Chorus, 1955-1957, and was one
of the featured singers on "Hit Parade", for which he also arranged. He
also composed and arranged the music for the 1960 version of "Holiday
on Ice".
