Santastein (2023)
Plot: Max Causey was only six years old when he accidentally burned Santa Claus to a crisp on Christmas Eve while trying to catch him. Twelve years later, the world has largely lost its holiday spirit as Santa has been missing for over a decade. Max, now a brilliant but troubled teen, is determined to fix his childhood mistake. Using his skills in reanimation and the preserved brain of the original Saint Nick, he and his lab partner, Paige, successfully resurrect the holiday icon. However, the experiment goes horribly wrong: instead of a jolly gift-giver, they create "Santastein"—a mindless, bloodthirsty monster stitched together from stolen cadavers. The creature soon escapes and heads straight for a local high school Christmas party to deliver a very different kind of "naughty list" carnage.
