Fear House (2008)
Plot: When a group of friends and colleagues track down reclusive writer Samantha Ballard at her remote desert home, they hope to bring her back to civilization. However, Samantha is deeply traumatized and warns them of a terrifying truth: the house is cursed, and anyone who attempts to leave its perimeter will die a horrific death. The warning is dismissed as madness until Samantha’s ex-husband makes a disastrous attempt to escape, meeting a gruesome end. Trapped inside, the remaining guests are forced to confront their deepest, most visceral fears, which begin to manifest and hunt them within the walls of the mansion.
