Condemned (2015)
Plot: Maya, a fed-up "poor little rich girl," decides to escape her bickering parents by moving in with her boyfriend, Dante, who is squatting in a filthy, dilapidated apartment building on Manhattan's Lower East Side. The building is populated by a grotesque assortment of junkies, degenerates, and social outcasts. However, years of decaying waste, toxic chemicals, and poor sanitation have created a literal Petri dish of infection in the building's plumbing. When the residents consume the tainted water, they succumb to a horrific pathogen that turns them into violently psychotic, "leaking," and bloodthirsty maniacs. Maya and Dante find themselves trapped inside the barricaded building, forced to fight their way through their transforming neighbors to survive.
